Service Area Questions

I'm just outside your service area. Can you still service my pool?

If you're within 5 miles of an active service area, we may be able to accommodate you with a small travel surcharge. Contact us at (682) 710-7665 to discuss options. As we grow, we're constantly evaluating border areas for expansion.

How do you decide where to expand next?

We expand based on customer demand, pool density, and finding qualified worker-owners in the area. Areas with 100+ interested customers move to the top of our list. We also prioritize areas adjacent to current service zones for operational efficiency.

Can I request service for my business/HOA community pool?

Yes! Commercial and HOA pools are serviced within our standard service areas. For large commercial accounts outside our current zones, we can often make special arrangements. Contact our commercial team for details.

Do you service apartment complexes?

Yes, we service apartment and multi-family properties within our coverage areas. We offer competitive commercial rates and can handle properties with multiple pools. Health department compliance and documentation included.
