1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using CoOpPools services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Pool Services

2.1 Service Description

CoOpPools provides:

• Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• Chemical balancing and water testing
• Equipment inspection and basic maintenance
• Filter cleaning services
• Green pool cleanup services

2.2 Service Areas

Services are available in designated areas within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Service availability is subject to route capacity and geographic limitations.

2.3 Service Schedule

Regular service is performed Monday through Friday. Service days are assigned based on route efficiency. Holiday schedules may vary and will be communicated in advance.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Service Rates

Pool service starts at $160 per month. Final pricing is based on pool size, features, and location. All chemicals are included in the monthly service rate.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due monthly in advance
• Accepted payment methods: credit card, ACH, check
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Returned payment fees may apply

3.3 No Long-Term Contracts

We do not require long-term contracts. Service is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 7 days notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the pool area
• Ensure gates are unlocked on service days
• Secure pets that may interfere with service
• Maintain water levels between services
• Notify us of any equipment issues promptly
• Inform us of any changes to pool access

5. Service Limitations

5.1 Excluded Services

Standard service does not include:

• Major equipment repairs or replacement
• Plumbing or electrical work
• Pool resurfacing or tile repair
• Leak detection and repair
• Pool opening/closing (unless separately contracted)

5.2 Weather Conditions

Service may be modified or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions including lightning, heavy rain, or freezing temperatures.

6. Liability and Warranties

6.1 Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a service visit, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

CoOpPools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding month.

6.3 Insurance

CoOpPools maintains general liability insurance. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own homeowner's insurance.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel service at any time with 7 days written notice. Refunds for unused service will be prorated.

7.2 Service Termination

CoOpPools may terminate service for:

• Non-payment of services
• Unsafe working conditions
• Aggressive pets or hostile behavior
• Repeated failure to provide access
• Violation of these terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CoOpPools website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CoOpPools and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law.

11. Modifications to Terms

CoOpPools reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
